ACCESSING WISHANDTICK

USER CONTENT

Wishandtick allows you to post content like wishes (under the form of photos, links and descriptions), comments or other materials. Everything you post is referred as "User Content". You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you post to Wishandtick. You grant Wishandtick and its users a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your User Content on Wishandtick solely for the purposes of operating, developing, providing, and using Wishandtick. Wishandtick may mantain copies of "User Content" even after you delete the "User Content" itself or even your whole account.

We reserve the right to remove or modify User Content for any reason. You're not allowed to post on wishandtick stuff that:

are sexually explicit or pornographic
encourages violence
is fraudolent or encourages fraudulent activities
infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights
contains illegal information or is illegal

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

You aren't allowed to use Wishandtick name, logo, trademark or branding without our consent.
Wishandtick respects copyrights and trademarks. If you think a copyright is violeted or that someone is using your trademark without any authorization please report it to admin@wishandtick.com

VIRUSES, HACKING AND OTHER OFFENCES

You must not misuse Wishandtick by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to Wishandtick, the server on which Wishandtick is stored or any server, computer or database connected to Wishandtick. You must not attack Wishandtick via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use Wishandtick will cease immediately. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of Wishandtick or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
